The HDEC offers a variety of programs and initiatives, including educational workshops, community events, and volunteer opportunities.We also have a native plant nursery where we grow and sell plants that are native to Central Oregon, promoting biodiversity and supporting local ecosystems. The organization also works closely with local schools to provide environmental education programs for students. We believe that by educating the younger generation about the importance of environmental conservation, we can create a more environmentally conscious community for the future.
The Deschutes Land Trust
