Private Treaty Sale:  Entry in the Private Treaty Sale is for COLA members only.   All entries should include a Private Treaty Sale Entry Form and copy of ILR certificate.  Private Treaty Sale llamas will be presented at the banquet Saturday night. See enclosed form for more information.

Fleece Competition:  Fleece should be delivered to the show registration area at the fairgrounds Friday by 8:00 pm.  Exhibitors need not be present to enter, but are responsible for delivery and pick up of their fleece entries.  Judging will take place during the day Saturday.  Ribbons will be awarded during judging and winners will be announced at the banquet Saturday night. Made With Wool Project Competition:  Projects should be delivered to the show registration area at the fairgrounds Friday by 8:00 pm.  Judging will take place during the day Saturday.  Ribbons will be awarded during judging and winners will be announced at the banquet Saturday night.  After the items have been judged on Saturday, exhibitors may tag any items they wish to sell.  Sales will be the exhibitors responsibility. Banquet: The Saturday Night Banquet will start at 7:00 pm. Social hour will begin at 6:00 pm.  Tickets for the banquet are $15/adult and $7.50/child.   The menu will include beef, chicken, vegetable, potato, salad, and drinks. There will be a no host bar.  Private Treaty Sale Llamas will be presented and announcement of the winners of the Fleece Competition and Made With Wool Project Competition.  There will also be raffle items and silent auction items.  This is guaranteed to be the best dining experience you will have had!

Commercial Vendor:  Fees are $35 per 10x10 space and should include a Commercial Vendor Entry Form.  More information is supplied on the Commercial Vendor Entry Form.

Advertising:  Fee schedule for Class Sponsorship, Premium & Ribbon Sponsorship, and Business Card Ads is outlined on the Advertising Opportunities Form.  All advertisers and sponsors will be able to hang their ranch / business banner along the show ring  and will mentioned regularly throughout the show by announcers, as well as having their name in the show program.
