SHOW ENTRY FEE FORM

All Halter classes are an optional Double Point Show.   All Performance classes are single point.  Tami Lash is the Black judge and Patti Morgan is the Blue judge.  All Performance classes are single point show with each judge scoring half the course.  Please Indicate "D" for double show; SBK for Single w/black judge; and SBL for single w/blue judge on your entry form.
